Hey, I’m Steph (she/her), a queer communications professional-turned-client care coordinator who’s passionate about creating spaces where people feel genuinely seen and at ease. I help make sure your experience with All Kinds Club feels smooth, supportive, and judgment-free at every point in your care journey.

Prior to moving into the mental health space, I spent 15+ years leading communications and publicity campaigns for major television networks. My background in relationship-building, active listening, and guiding people through fast-moving, high-pressure environments taught me how to show up with empathy, clarity, and care — skills I now bring into every client interaction.

Whether I’m helping someone find the right therapist, book their first session, answering questions, or making sure the behind-the-scenes details run smoothly, my goal is to create an experience that is welcoming, inclusive, and easy to navigate.
