At All Kinds Club, we know that sometimes you need support right away, outside of therapy sessions. This page lists free, low-barrier, and affirming resources for mental health, crisis support, and community care. Many of these services are specifically geared toward queer, trans, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities, but all are welcome. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, peer support, or helpful tools, these resources are here to meet you where you are.

Crisis lines

  • 988 Suicide & Crisis Line (Canada) – Available 24/7 via phone, text, or online chat. Supports all Canadians in crisis. Call or text 9-8-8. 988.ca

  • Trans Lifeline (Canada) – Peer support hotline run by trans volunteers for trans and non-binary people. Call 1‑877‑330‑6366. TransLifeline.org

BIPOC and Indigenous-centered support
