At All Kinds Club, we know that sometimes you need support right away, outside of therapy sessions. This page lists free, low-barrier, and affirming resources for mental health, crisis support, and community care. Many of these services are specifically geared toward queer, trans, BIPOC, and other marginalized communities, but all are welcome. Whether youβre looking for someone to talk to, peer support, or helpful tools, these resources are here to meet you where you are.
