We’re glad you found us. Here’s everything you need to know before booking so your experience is smooth, supportive, and transparent.
Before Booking
We recommend checking your insurance coverage before your first session so you know what’s included.

Getting Started
When you reach out, our Client Care Coordinator will be your first point of contact. They’ll answer questions, help you navigate next steps, and support you in finding the right fit.
→ If you’re confident about who you’d like to see, you can book directly with your therapist.
→ If you’re not sure yet, our Care Coordinator can guide you through the process and match you with a therapist who fits your needs.
Cancellation Policy
We get it — life happens. That said, we also need to protect our therapists’ time and make space for other clients waiting.
→ Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
→ Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed entirely, will be billed at the full fee.
You can manage your bookings and reminders anytime through your online account.

Ongoing Sessions
Individual, couple, and family sessions are available in 60- or 90-minute appointments. You can book directly through our online system.
Therapy works best with consistency. We recommend setting up a rhythm (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to get the most out of your sessions.
If your preferred spot isn’t available, add your name to the waitlist on your therapist’s booking page — we often see movement and can usually accommodate.
Client Accounts
We value flexibility and collaboration. If you take a break from therapy for more than two months, we’ll send you a quick check-in email.
If we don’t hear back, your file will be closed and your booking account deactivated to make space for new clients.
If you’d like to re-activate later, just email us. We can’t promise the exact same availability, but we’ll do our best to make it work
