Hi, I’m Alyssa (she/her)! I believe that healing starts with feeling genuinely heard and understood. My approach is warm, steady, and non-judgmental – a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to be anything else.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, big feelings, or life transitions that have left them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s coming up beneath the surface, and make sense of what you’re carrying at a pace that feels right for you.
Clients often describe me as warm, insightful, and grounding. My hope is that our time together helps you feel supported, validated, and more confident in who you are. I’m here to help you build self-trust, reconnect with your strengths, and explore new ways of understanding your goals, your relationships, and yourself.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals who are struggling with day-to-day anxious thoughts, self-doubt, and the pressure to hold everything together.
