Hi! I’m Cho (she/her), a queer immigrant woman of colour from Southeast Asia, now living in Tkaronto/Toronto. I aim to hold space for both your joy and your pain with honesty, care, and a deep sense of humanity.

I work through an intersectional, anti-oppressive lens, recognizing that while we’re all more than the sum of our parts, our identities and lived experiences shape how we see and move through the world. My approach is open, curious, and grounded in a genuine desire to understand what life feels like from your perspective.

Before coming into this work, I spent time in many different spaces — from administration to social services — and those experiences help me connect with people navigating stress, worry, and uncertainty around career, creativity, identity, and burnout. I also carry lived experience as part of the Southeast Asian diaspora, and understand the layered realities of immigration, family (biological or chosen), coming out, queerness, and intergenerational patterns and trauma.

All of these pieces shape how I show up in the therapy room. My hope is that our work together helps you build a sense of self-compassion and belonging — and reminds you that healing doesn’t have to happen alone.
