FIONA BLAKE
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
(she/her)
Hi! Iβm Fiona (she/her). I work with all kinds of folx and have significant experience with those who are queer and questioning. I offer therapy that is approachable, non-judgemental and meets you where you are.
I have a genuine and informal approach and aim to gently challenge clients to support their own growth at a pace that feels right for them. I often work with clients struggling with their sexuality, with worries about the future, as well as family issues getting in the way of their self expression and authenticity.
Many of my clients are struggling with negative self-talk, navigating stressful life changes, and learning how to advocate for themselves. Together, we work on building the skills needed to move through these challenges.
Some specific areas I have focused on are attachment issues, trauma, complex relationship dynamics, identity struggles, and burnout. As therapy unfolds, more layers of these experiences often come to light. My goal is to help people face each challenge layer by layer, in ways that feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
I adapt my approach for your unique needs so if you are curious about how this might look for you, do not hesitate to reach out and book a free consultation.
