Trans & Non-binary Group Therapy At All Kinds Club
A Space to Breathe, Connect, and Be Understood
At All Kinds Club Counselling, we hear this again and again from trans and non-binary folks: it’s hard to find spaces where you can just exist without explanation. Where your identity isn’t questioned, debated, or treated as a “topic,” but simply respected.
That’s why we’re offering a Trans & Non-Binary Group Therapy Series – a virtual, connection-focused, and affirming space designed specifically for trans and non-binary people who want to reflect, process, and connect alongside others who get it.
This group isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating room for shared understanding, honest conversation, and support that doesn’t require translating your lived experience.
Who This Group Is For
This group therapy series may be a fit if you’re navigating:
Feelings of isolation or disconnection
A lack of affirming community
Family stress or strained relationships
Identity-related stress
Whether you’re early in your journey or have been living openly for years, you’re welcome here. There’s no expectation to show up a certain way – just as you are.
What This Space Offers
This is a therapist-facilitated group designed to prioritize safety, care, and authentic connection.
You can expect:
Affirming, therapist-led support in a trauma-informed setting
A closed group, meaning the same participants attend each session
Light guiding themes with space for open discussion and reflection
Connection without pressure to educate, explain, or represent anyone but yourself
Many people find group therapy powerful not because it provides answers, but because it reminds them they’re not alone. This space is about being witnessed – and witnessing others – in ways that feel grounding and human.
Disclaimer: This group is not intended as crisis care and does not replace individual therapy.
